1. Close all Windows programs before running the installation. Select Next.

01 Communique Software License Agreement defines the terms for
your use of the software. The 01 Communique Software License Agreement
must be accepted in order to install and use I’m InTouch.

3. The first name entered will become your User Name when using I’m InTouch. Enter your information and click ‘Next’

4.
Enter your unique Activation Code. This code can be found on the
Activation Notice email sent to you by your System Administrator or by
contacting your Administrator.
Note - Each computer that you wish to remotely access requires a unique
Activation Code . Using the same Activation Code on
two computers will cause a Remote Access failure.
5. I’m InTouch specifies a default target directory where its program files will be installed. The suggested installation drive and directory drive name can be changed by clicking the “Browse” button and selecting another directory. In most cases, the default directory is fine and can be accepted. Accept the Destination Folder and click “Next” to continue.

You are given an opportunity of accepting the I’m InTouch default program folder or of selecting another folder name.
6. Choose the program folder and click ‘Next’ to continue.

7. Choose the appropriate Email client and click ‘Next’. I’m InTouch works with Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express for allowing remote access to their respective databases. I’m InTouch install program will search your system for software detected on your PC and allow you to choose one Email program.

8. Select the Default Mail Account and click ‘Next’ to continue. Note: This page is only displayed if multiple email accounts are detected on your PC. I’m InTouch requires you to select one default account in Outlook. This account will be shown in the From field once you send email remotely via I’m InTouch.

Fill the Remote Access fields and click ‘Next’.

The Computer Name,
Login Name and Password will be used when you start a remote access session.
The Computer Name is used by the I’m InTouch server to locate your
PC over the Internet when logging onto the service. You can choose any
name that is easy to remember. If the chosen name is assigned to another
user, you will be prompted to select a new one later in the installation.
Computer Name is the unique name that I’m InTouch will use to identify you computer over the Internet. It supports a maximum of 64 characters and is not case sensitive. Special characters (e.g. $ ? / @ # % ^ ~) and spaces are not allowed in the Computer Name. You are allowed '-' (dash) between letters and numbers but the Computer Name cannot be preceded or end with a dash (-).
e.g. Randy-pc-2comp is a valid Computer Name.
The Login Name can
contain up to 254 characters. The Password can contain alphanumeric characters
– minimum 6 and up to 12 characters and is case sensitive.
10. Remote Desktop Viewer Authentication is a further level of authentication required by you to start a MyDesktop session (full control of the PC). This password can be the same or different from the Remote Access Password you just set. For maximum security a different password is recommended.

11. Program files will be copied to your computer.

12. Your PC will be activated onto the I’m InTouch remote access system at this point.
