My Files will allow you to view files on your remote PC
- requires optional download of Document
Viewer library . Please note that a File Transfer feature option
exists within the My Desktop feature toolbar that provides a side-by-side
display of the local and remote computer and the ability to “drag and
drop” files between PC’s. My Files also provides an alternative
method to upload and download files between your local PC (client) and
the computer running I’m InTouch and gives you the flexibility to create
new folders on the I’m InTouch computer and then copy and paste files
from one location to another.
Browse all files on I’m InTouch Computer
1. Select My Files.
2. Select drives or browse files by clicking on the appropriate hyperlinks.

Preview a file on I’m InTouch computer
You can remotely view files stored on your I’m InTouch computer
– even when your Local computer does not have the application associated
with the file. Use of this feature requires you to first download and
install the
Document Viewer library to your PC running I’m InTouch. While at your
PC that has I’m InTouch installed on it, right-mouse click the I’m InTouch
configuration icon (green satellite) in the bottom right of your display
and then select Enable Document Viewer
1. Choose the file to view remotely by selecting the box to the left of it.

Then click on the Preview button on the toolbar.

Upload a file from Local
computer to I’m InTouch computer
This function provides the ability to transfer files from
the Local computer back to your remote I’m InTouch computer.
1. Click on the Upload button from the toolbar.

2. The following dialogue will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click ‘Step 2’ after ensuring the current destination path on the I’m InTouch computer is where you want to upload the file to.

Click the browse button and select the local filers) to be uploaded.
Then click ‘Send.

Download a file from I’m
InTouch computer to Local computer
This function provides the ability to transfer files from your remote I’m
InTouch computer to your Local computer you are working on.
1. Select the file you want to download to the Local computer by selecting the box to the left of the file and then click on the Download button on the toolbar.

2. The browser will prompt you to save the file.

3. Click on ‘Save’ and choose the destination location on your Local computer.
Copy a file from one location on the I’m InTouch computer to another location
1. Select the file to be copied and click the Copy button from the toolbar.

2. Browse the I’m InTouch computer’s drives and folders to select the destination path and then click the Paste button.

The file will be pasted and displayed in the current path.
Create new folder on I’m InTouch computer
1. Select
the path/directory in which you wish to create a new folder.
2. Select the
New Folder button from the toolbar.

3. Enter the
name of the directory you wish to create in the field provided and click
on the ‘Add’ button.

Login as another user
By default, your remote session logs into your host computer using the current Windows user profile. To change the active Windows user, select the Login As Another User button from the toolbar.

and Password that you wish to login under and then select the Login button.
